Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Dualbound game for Android and this website. By playing the game you agree to them.
Using the game
Dualbound is free to download and play for your own, non-commercial use. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game or its art, sell anything from it, or try to cheat, disrupt or interfere with the game, its ads or this website.
Ads
The game shows ads served by Google AdMob. We do not choose what individual ads say, and we are not responsible for products, services or dealings with third parties you reach through them.
Passes and purchases
- You can buy an optional prepaid pass for 1 week, 3 months or 1 year. While a pass is active, the game shows no ads and gives the extra free actions described on the pass page in the game.
- A pass does not renew automatically. When it ends, ads return until you buy another one.
- All purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to the Google Play terms. Prices are shown in the store at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies. You can request one through Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.
- If you reinstall the game or move to a new phone with the same Google account, use “Restore purchases” in the game’s settings to get an active pass back.
- Stars, gear, tickets and other items earned in the game have no money value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Your progress
Progress is stored only on your phone. Uninstalling the game, clearing its storage or changing phones deletes it, and we keep no copy, so we cannot restore it.
Changes to the game
We may update, change or remove features, stages, items, prices and balance at any time, and we may stop offering the game. If we stop offering it, the game already on your phone may keep working, but we cannot promise that.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it working, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PASSYOU Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage, or for loss of progress or data, arising from using the game or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
